Product Quality Assurance

While we are not the original manufacturers, we maintain a rigorous selection process to ensure every item we sell meets a high standard of build quality and aesthetic appeal.
Warranty Scope
Due to the nature of international reselling, many of our products do not come with an "authentic" or "factory-backed" international warranty. However, we stand by the quality of our selection.
Our products are built to perform reliably for their intended lifespan. While they may not offer years of coverage, they are tested to ensure durability for several months of regular use.
Defect Coverage
We provide a 48-hour checking warranty. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if it arrives non-functional, please contact us immediately. We will offer a replacement or a full refund after verifying the issue.
Exclusions
- Physical damage caused by misuse or accidents.
- Water damage (unless the product is explicitly rated for waterproofing).
- Normal wear and tear over extended periods of time.
- Attempted repairs by unauthorized personnel.
